ClearView Window Cleaning provided exterior window and skylight final construction cleaning for Swinerton Builders on the Embassy suites in Sacramento. The project is an 8-story building with a skylight covered center atrium. The building is not set up for swing scafford, so all the work was done from ropes and harnesses.

I called Jason Trobaugh on short notice to do the work – He and his crew showed up on time and had the work completed in one day including removal of adhesive over-spray from the skylights.  The quality of work was excellent and the work was conducted to the highest safety standards.

Due to the EIFS surface on the building parapets and walls it was necessary to take extra precautions to avoid damage to the building surfaces. ClearView provided pads to spread the load from ropes at the top of parapets. The work was completed with no damage to building surfaces.
Swinerton was very happy with the quality of work and the responsiveness of ClearView and felt that the pricing was fair. We highly recommend them.
